One hour dog walk - your dog will be collected and dropped off at your home address within the hour. Only available to existing clients or by prior agreement. Please contact me via the website to discuss if you’re unsure - www.leadandfollowdogtraining.co.uk By booking a walk you agree to the following conditions completed on your original acceptance form: - your dog will be walked on lead at all times - you will notify me ahead of the walk if your dog is feeling unwell or has any illness/injuries - you will notify me if your vet details change - you will provide payment in full before the day of the walk - you will notify me if there is any change in your dog’s behaviour or if your dog bites a person or other dog - as a qualified canine first aider I will administer treatment including CPR if your dog becomes unwell and I consider emergency care is required. You will notify me in writing by emailing leadandfollowdogtraining@gmail.com if you DO NOT wish me to provide emergency CPR i- f you need to cancel a walk, please give me as much notice as possible. Once payment has been made, a full refund upon cancellation would only be due if cancellation was notified at least 24 hours before the start time of the walk - if the weather conditions/temperature are too extreme to safely walk your dog at the agreed time, I will keep them indoors/in your garden and play games, ensure access to cool water and shade for the allotted booking time. The Use of Aversive Tools Lead & Follow Dog Training is committed to using humane, science-based training methods that prioritise the physical and emotional well-being of all dogs. As such, the use of aversive tools—including but not limited to prong collars, choke chains, electronic (shock) collars, and spray collars—is strictly prohibited. If force-free leads/harnesses/collars are not provided when I collect your dog, I reserve the right to replace the walk with a training/play session at home. I would then contact you to arrange for appropriate walking equipment to be provided for the next walk. Please contact me direct if you would like some guidance on transitioning from any tools to humane, science-based training methods, and I'll be happy to help.
