​Delivery Policy
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. While we aim to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed, please allow up to two business days for dispatch during busy periods.
Delivery Options:
• Standard Delivery – £3.29
Delivered to your home address within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Locker Delivery – £1.99
Delivered to your selected InPost locker within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection, and you have up to 3 days to collect your parcel. You can specify a preferred InPost locker at checkout, and this will be used if available when your order is dispatched. If unavailable, or no locker is specified at checkout, your order will be sent to the nearest available locker to your address. You can view your nearest InPost locker by going to https://inpost.co.uk/lockers
• Next Day Delivery – £5.00
Delivered the next business day after dispatch to your home address. Please note that dispatch may take up to two business days.
• Existing Lead & Follow Dog Training clients pick up at session – free
Delivered to your next session. Please note that this option is exclusively available to current Lead & Follow DogTraining clients so they can collect their order at a booked session. Please do not select this option if you are not a Lead & Follow Dog Training client as this will delay your order while we contact you and request payment for delivery. In that case if payment is not received within 3 working days your order will not be fulfilled and you will be refunded.
• Free local delivery to postcodes beginning with BL2 - BL4
Free delivery available next day for those postcodes beginning BL2-BL4. If you choose this option and your postcode does not match those stated, we will contact you to invoice you for the appropriate delivery fee, and this may delay your delivery.​​
• £1 local delivery to postcodes beginning with M1 - M17, M20 - M21, M24 - M33, BL1, BL5 - BL7, BL9 – £1
£1 delivery available within 2 days for those postcodes beginning M1 - M17, M20 - M21, M24 - M33, BL1, BL5 - BL7, BL9. If you choose this option and your postcode does not match those stated, we will contact you to invoice you for the appropriate delivery fee, and this may delay your delivery.
• £2 local delivery to postcodes beginning with M18 - M19, M22 - M23, M34 - M36, BL8, WA13 - WA15.
£2 delivery available within 2 days for those postcodes beginning M18 - M19, M22 - M23, M34 - M36, BL8, WA13 - WA15.. If you choose this option and your postcode does not match those stated, we will contact you to invoice you for the appropriate delivery fee, and this may delay your delivery.​​

Last order day for Christmas 2025 orders:
For local delivery options (free, £1 and £2 options, last day for orders is by 5pm on 22nd December 2025.
For standard £3.29 or locker £1.00 delivery, last day for orders is by 5pm on 18th December 2025.
For next day £5 delivery, last day for orders is by 5pm on 19th December 2025.
