Meet Janet
I'm Janet, the person behind Lead & Follow. With more than 20 years' experience in teaching, coaching and helping people learn, I bring that same individual approach to dog training.
My journey into dog training began when I adopted Xena, a Romanian rescue who struggled with reactivity and confidence. Learning how to help her changed the direction of my life, and ultimately led me here.
Today I help other owners understand their dogs, build stronger relationships and make real-life progress using kind, reward-based methods.
