Service Description
Reasons to have a mantrailing party: - You love mantrailing and can't think of a better way to spend a morning than celebrating with a private mantrailing session for you and some friends who mantrail with their dogs - You love mantrailing and want to introduce some friends and their dogs by celebrating with them and have them complete their Introduction to Mantrailing during your party - You have been wanting to give mantrailing a try and have some friends who are up for it too, and would like to celebrate your dog's birthday by giving them the gift of mantrailing alongside some friends and their dogs. Whether you are a mantrailing addict or just want to give it a go in a familiar setting, I can tailor an event to suit you and your friends/family at a venue of your choosing: - invitations - 2 or 3 trails set up for the ability of each dog (depending on the length of the party) - party games for the handlers if required - certificate of attendance for each dog - party bag for each of the dogs containing healthy natural chews tailored to each dog (from The Tailored Treat Company) - refreshments if required Once you've chosen your options, you will be invoiced for the full cost, and once payment is made, invitations will be created and sent! Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Lead & Follow Dog Training for your mantrailing journey. To ensure the best experience for you and your dog, please review the following booking and cancellation policy: Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • Sessions must be booked online, and are subject to availability. • A booking is for one team consisting of one person and one dog. If you wish to bring more than one dog, they will need to be booked as a second team. • You are welcome to bring someone to help/watch, but please inform me ahead of the session. It is your responsibility to explain the terms & conditions to any guests you bring. Participation You agree to follow any instructions given by the instructor/trainer. Full Mantrailing Ts & Cs: https://www.leadandfollowdogtraining.co.uk/mantrailing-terms-conditions Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Due to the nature of how sessions are run, and health and safety requirements, refunds for cancellations or rescheduling is not possible. • If you find you are unable to attend, please give as much notice as possible. I will attempt to transfer your booking to another client. If this is not possible, no refund will be due. If I am able to sell your ticket to another client, you will be issued a code for the full amount paid to use for your next booking, or a reschedule to another session. • No-shows are non-refundable and considered a late cancellation. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals can upset the rhythm of the session. Please arrive with plenty of time to get you and your dog ready for the published start time. Emergencies We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. The Use of Aversive Tools Lead & Follow Dog Training is committed to using humane, science-based training methods that prioritise the physical and emotional well-being of all dogs. As such, the use of aversive tools—including but not limited to prong collars, choke chains, electronic (shock) collars, and spray collars—is strictly prohibited at sessions, and you will be asked to remove this in order to participate. Please contact me direct if you would like some guidance on transitioning from any tools to humane, science-based training methods, and I'll be happy to help.
